Custom made PeliMers and FlexMers

On request we manufacture Monomers, Tetramers and FlexMers with the peptides of your choice.
Custom made MHC Class I products can be produced in 4 to 6 weeks and are available with the following presentations.

Order number-code system:
Our order numbers are composed from a number given to the MHC species / Allel and the PE or APC fluorochrome e.g. M24 stands for human HLA, M27 stands for mouse MHC; M2425 stands for HLA A1-PE labelled and M2426 for HLA A1-APC labelled. Next to the 4 number combinations the first 5 letters of the peptide are used. For custom orders you can compose your own order number

Quality and guarantee
Tetramers are made with our best effort, synthesis will be monitored in the different production phases and our unique Tetramer confirmation test will corroborate the final synthesis and fluorescence intensity.

If, during the production process, synthesis/refolding seems to fail due to e.g. the combination peptide MHC allele, you will be informed and a new strategy will be discussed. However, functional staining of cells can never be guaranteed, neither can we guarantee the number of tests which can be performed. Optimal staining concentrations should be determined by the user, as an average we calculate 100 to 1,000 tests per ml.
