Terms and conditions
Please note that in case you order products through one of our distributors, contact them for prices and delivery conditions. Terms of delivery All prices mentioned in our pricelists are in Euros and are exclusive of the VAT tariff as decreed by law. Prices can be subject to changes during the year. In case of changes in price you will be notified in time. If there are any changes in the product package you will be informed thereof. Deliveries are postage paid. For rush orders the postage costs will be charged on the invoice. Payment has to take place within 30 days after receipt of the invoice. NOTE : For all cell suspensions we need your order or cancellation at least four weeks before the next shipment date. Discounts Users of Sanquin reagents can receive a discount if we can arrange a delivery scheme. In general the arranged scheme can be adjusted periodically. Ordering To avoid wrong deliveries we ask you to order in writing, either by letter or by fax (+31 20 5123570). However, if you want to order by phone then we want you to give an order or reference number. In case of telephone orders we cannot be held responsible for possible misunderstandings when writing down your order. Deliveries After receipt of your order the products will be sent to you within two working days. If a delivery is delayed we will inform you as soon as possible. Our products are sent by Sanquin courier and as the courier does not work during the weekend, these shipments will only be given for delivery from Monday to Thursday. Deliveries are made during working hours. Complaints and return shipments Complaints about deliveries have to be made within one week after delivery. Please contact Sanquin Reagents department at +31 20 5123599. Return shipments can only be accepted after previous consultation. We ask you to clearly state the sender as well as to include a copy of the invoice or packer’s number. Storage conditions The storage temperature, expiry date and shelf life of all products are stated on the label. Transport conditions may differ from storage conditions.
